I look up when I walk, so the tears won't fall....

Sejak kehilangan MH370 ni aku rajin dok belek black box recordings kat YouTube. I stumbled upon the recordings of Japan Airline 123 crashed in August 1985. It was horrifying and so, sooo sad.
I am not really scared but I felt so pity, sangat sedih :'(
The captain, the co-pilot and his officer had struggled very hard after the blast that lead to the plane's hydraulic failure. The plane went uncontrollable until it hit the mountain. The pilots' voices still haunting my mind, that was an awful way of death. There were 520 fatalities and 4 survivors. You can see the photos of the scene here. And the cockpit voice recording here.

Salah seorang yang terkorban dalam nahas berkenaan adalah penyanyi popular Jepun, Kyu Sakamoto. Ketika aku berumur 8 tahun, kakak aku yang ketika itu pulang cuti belajar dari Jepun, sering mengajar aku menyanyikan lagu popular nyanyian Kyu Sakamoto, iaitu Ue O Muite Arukou.
I love the song so much. Sampai ke hari ini aku masih boleh nyanyi lagu ni (heh now you know why I love singing! My sister brought many Japanese cassettes whenever she came home, and I memorized all of them!). Kata kakak aku, penyanyi lagu ni meninggal dalam nahas kapal terbang. Lagu tu walaupun aku tak faham maksudnya, tapi aku suka melodinya sebab macam sedih dan sayu je. Boleh tengok lagu kat sini.
Sayu je melodinya, bila aku hayati translation lagu ni, memang sedih pun. Baru aku tau, Kyu Sakamoto adalah penyanyi yang kakak aku ceritakan masa aku kecik-kecik dulu. Lagu ni merupakan lagu Jepun yang pertama berjaya masuk dalam carta Billboard di US selama 3 minggu pada tahun 60-an. Oleh kerana tajuk lagunya yang sukar disebut oleh orang US, lalu mereka menamakan lagu ini Sukiyaki, iaitu sejenis makanan ( takde kaitan dengan maksud asal lagu pun).
